Cold Forming and
Rolling from wire rod
The type of manufacturing activity carried
out by Microcochlea can often substitute turning with automatic lathes. Many parts
that are manufactured with automatic lathes can be cold formed or rolled from
wire rod, with dramatic savings for the customers.
As a matter of fact, cold forming and rolling
from wire rod allows much higher production rates without wasting material.
