Microcochlea is a company that was born in
1987, and it concentrated in manufacturing special small shapes and parts cold
formed and rolled from wire rod.
Microcochlea
is known for the high quality and complexity of its parts, manufactured through
cold forming and rolling from wire rod
with innovative processes, such as forward and backward extrusions, misaligned
shapes, shaped items and special rolled forms, manufactured with the following
materials: aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass and alloy steels.
The
production is carried out on the customer’s drawing.
Microcochlea
can manufacture with cold forming and rolling even some parts that normally are
made with turning (with automatic lathes), avoiding a useless waste of
materials and with higher production performances.
In the
Microcochlea Group there is also Eurotools S.r.l.
– “Precision Engineering”, a precision engineering company specialized in
manufacturing tools.
